Return & Refund Policy

At CG Activewear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in good condition
• The item must be unused and unworn
• The item must have no damage
• The item must be clean and free from dirt, stains, or odors

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Period

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return
• After 14 days, we will not accept any returns or refund requests

(14-day return windows are standard in many clothing stores and require items to be unused and in original condition )

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed
• You will receive your money back excluding shipping fees
• Refunds will only be issued if all return conditions are met

Important Notes

• Items that are damaged, worn, or dirty will be rejected
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy
